Measuring can be a challenge and getting it spot on for your coat is important. We prefer to arrange a video call with you to make sure everything is as it should be for your order.

To help our customers we offer a free video call. All you need to do is book. You can book before or after you have made an order.

Our video calls are conducted daily at 5.00, 5.30, and 6pm. We use Whatsapp for these calls.

Once you have booked you will get a confirmation immediately, a reminder 24hrs before and 2 hrs before your appointment.
