If there is a problem with your order we will do our reasonable best to solve the problem in a timely fashion. We ask that you communicate with us via our email PawsamoreUk@gmail.com. Please do not use social media or WhatsApp.

If there is a problem...

Tell us and we will advise and assist.

We want you to be happy and we will act reasonably to solve the problem.

If you have made a mistake measuring (it happens) then please email us within 14 days of the ordered being supplied and arrange a video call with us so that we can see what the issues are. We will do our best to help solve the problem for you but we reserve the right to make a charge for any additional/replacement materials.


It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct product for their requirements. This means that the measurements are YOUR responsibility (Unless we physically measure your dog in person) whether supplied direct via the order form or given using a video assistance call. Pawsamore cannot be held accountable for any items that do not fit.


If an item is being returned due to a very rare manufacturing fault we will repair it FOC. Please contact us in the FIRST instance and we will advise the best way forward.


We will not accept returns for refunds because the customer has changed their mind or now considers the item to be unsuitable for their needs or their dog does not like it. Our coats are made to order to the measurements you supply so each one is bespoke and as such they are not covered by the distance selling regulations.


Any advice given is based on past experience and the information you supply.
